These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and LiveMonetize ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the LiveMonetize website (the "Site") and service (the "Service"). You agree that by accessing the Service, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Service.
These Terms apply to both Creators and Subscribers.
Creator: runs their own LiveMonetize page, personalising it with images, text, and links to connect with Subscribers. Creators can create online events (e.g., live streams, webinars) and sell tickets to access their content.
Subscriber: follows Creators and purchases tickets on LiveMonetize to access their content.
Please note, when we refer in the Terms to any Users of the Site, including Creators and Subscribers, we say “Users” or “you”, and when we refer to the things Users can do on the Site we say “User Activities”.
LiveMonetize is a hosting and service provider only. We make the Site available so Users can take part in User Activities. This means we:
do not control Creator content.
do not set the sales terms between Creators and Subscribers.
are not responsible for what happens during User Activities. Any interactions, agreements, or contracts made on the Site are solely between Creators and Subscribers.
are not a marketplace, a payment agent or intermediary, financial institution, merchant, creditor, charity, advisor, or broker.
do not process or hold payments. Payments are made directly from Subscribers to Creators using third-party payment providers chosen by the Creator.
are not a seller or reseller of any goods sold on the Site.
are not responsible for pricing, payment, delivery, refunds, chargebacks or disputes.
are not responsible for the Creator's compliance with the law.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Sealambda, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The content and marks are provided on the Service "AS IS" for your information and personal use only.
By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:
All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current, and complete.
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update it as necessary.
You have the legal capacity and agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
You will not access the Service through automated or non-human means.
You will not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Your use of the Service will not violate any applicable law or regulation.
You may be required to register with the Service. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
Users must be at least 18 years old to register as Creators and create events or monetize content.
We want to keep LiveMonetize safe for all Users. We prohibit illegal content and activity, and content that violates our Acceptable Use policies. If you spot any illegal content or activity on the Site, or content which is in breach of our content guidelines, please report it to us.
You can report content directly from creator pages and event pages using the in-platform reporting tool. You may also contact us at hello@livemonetize.com.
When reporting content through our platform or by email, please include:
The violation type you are reporting: abuse or harassment, hateful conduct, glorification of violence, illegal activities, sensitive content, spam, copyright / trademark violation, impersonation, or other.
A detailed explanation of why you believe the content has violated our Acceptable Use policies.
A link to the specific creator page or event, and enough information so that we can identify the exact item you are referring to.
Your name and email address (optional). We may need this to better understand the nature of the report and to prevent abuse of the reporting mechanisms. Do not provide information that would put you at risk.
We may ask you to confirm that your report is accurate. Repeated unfounded complaints may result in appropriate action, including limiting access to the reporting tools.
In addition to user reports, we maintain systems and processes to help us detect and act on certain types of content that violates our policies.
If we become aware of content that violates our policies, we may take action which can include content removal, restricting access to certain features, notifying the relevant creator, suspending or terminating accounts, and where appropriate, reporting the matter to law enforcement.
We may remove content or disable access where we reasonably believe doing so is necessary to comply with the law, protect our Users, or safeguard the integrity of the Service.
LiveMonetize is free to use for Subscribers; they only pay for the content they purchase from Creators. Creators do not pay any subscription. A platform transaction fee of 10% applies to each successful transaction, in addition to Stripe's payment processing fees.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Service. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Supported payment methods are major credit and debit cards.
Cancellations are not possible if tickets have been sold. If a Creator cannot attend the established date, they must coordinate directly with their Subscribers.
Refunds are not handled by LiveMonetize. In the event of a cancellation, the Creator must perform any necessary refunds through their Stripe account. Applied fees are non-refundable.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the Service.
These Terms and your use of LiveMonetize are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Delaware, USA.
We reserve the right to make changes or modifications to these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason. We will alert you about any changes by updating the "Last updated" date of these Terms of Service.
